Here is to our shared future in Türkiye! Brunata is teaming up with Kodsan Termosar Enerji Sistemleri A.S (KMT), a leading Turkish company specializing in energy measurement and billing systems. Moving on forward, KMT will operate under the name Brunata ZENNER–part of Minol, to further strengthen the company’s operations in the country. Recep Girisjmen will continue as General Manager. This acquisition is an important step forward for Brunata-Minol-ZENNER, as we continue to expand our international reach helping clients and tenants across countries using energy smarter. Building bridges in Southeast Europe Last week, we took a big step forward in Southeast Europe. Our two CEOs, Kristian Voldby Olsen and Jesper Holm Kristoffersen, met with the teams in Zagreb, Draga, and Ljubljana to wrap up an exciting project we have all been working on for the past year. In 2023, Brunata welcomed Jordan d.o.o. into the family - a company focused on metering for utilities - opening new opportunities for us in the region. Jordan has now officially merged with Brunata d.o.o. (Slovenia), further strengthening our presence and capabilities. By utilising wireless metering technology and IoT solutions, we are now even better equipped to help existing and new customers in these markets use energy smarter and support the green transition.

Yesterday, at our Corporate Onboarding Day at our headquarter in Denmark, we welcomed no fewer than 21 (!) new colleagues who have chosen Brunata as their future workplace. EVVE European Association for the Consumption-based Billing of Energy Costs is now establishing itself in Belgium. This will enable us to work even more closely with the decision-makers shaping EU energy policy in Brussels.
