This week we had a great opportunity to participate in UCN Matchmaking event! The event was focused on connecting students with companies for potential collaboration on projects, internships and student work! We had great conversations with students about career and development opportunities at Liftra, with key focus on how we empower our employees to work independently with responsibility – an approach that fosters learning, growth and exciting challenges. Are you a student with interest to collaborate with us? We have opportunities for students in areas such as: • Production Technology • Graphic design • Marketing • Engineering • Finance • IT We are always on the lookout for talented students and interns. At Liftra, it's not just about fitting into an existing team – we focus on potential and create opportunities where we see value. We are excited to share an in-depth look at the Offshore Component eXchange solution (OCX)! Developed in collaboration with HMH, the OCX combines Liftra’s LT1200 Self-Hoisting Crane with HMH’s Heave Compensation technology to enable major component exchange operations. It is designed for fixed-bottom and floating wind turbines, offering a versatile and efficient approach to offshore maintenance. With OCX, offshore operations are optimized as it: • Operates without seabed or water depth limitations • Mobilizes and deploys quickly with a single vessel • Functions independently of foundation type and strength • Handles loads up to 50t • Operates in wind speeds up to 18 m/s (gust) and wave heights (Hs) up to 1.5 m This cutting-edge solution lowers CO2 emissions during operations, reduces environmental impact, and supports multi-brand operations, reflecting Liftra's and HMH's shared goals to deliver sustainable and competitive solutions for the offshore wind industry. To explore how OCX can benefit your projects, visit our website https://lnkd.in/dSUDkCfc or reach out to our Offshore Product Group Sales Lead, Jan Jasper Haikens, at jjh@liftra.dk #offshore #windenergy #innovation #offshorewind
