How can our faster WTG installation solution help address port bottlenecks? This is the question Gry Rostrup, our #OffshoreWind lead for Europe, has been answering at #RUKGOW24 this week 💡 The key is port flexibility, with our specialised feeder vessels unlocking access to a greater number of ports across the continent. We teamed up with Odense Port in Denmark to model some of the commercial & operational benefits of combining our feeder-based method with a non-traditional pre-assembly port. From storage capacity to streamlined logistics, we realised the advantages were many once we started thinking outside the box! You can catch both Gry Rostrup and Lys Rhilinger if you're in Manchester this week, or reach out to them to discuss further... RenewableUK #Innovation #WIV #Newbuild

Delighted to share that Maersk Involver will be supporting Prysmian this summer, connecting cables from Germany’s #OffshoreWind farms to shore (Dolwin 5). After her #EnergyEfficiency upgrades and a fresh lick of paint at FAYARD A/S, this state-of-the-art #SSV is now ready to deliver exceptional performance in the #NorthSea. Thank you to the crew for welcoming so many groups aboard during her docking period. Great to have had visits from promising young cadets at SIMAC - Svendborg International Maritime Academy, our partners at Maersk Training, and onshore colleagues from Maersk Supply Service!
