Henrik has industrial and international experience from his previous roles at HMF Group, Skiold Group, and Hydratech Industries.   Throughout his career, he has held key leadership positions, notably in production and supply chain management. His experience with industrial clients, who demand the highest standards of quality, safety, and documentation, has prepared him well for this role. CEO of Nordmark, Morten Mørk, steps down and joins the Board of Directors. After 10 years in the role as CEO of Nordmark, Morten Mørk has decided to step down to join the Board of Directors of the company. Morten will also continue as a major shareholder of Nordmark. The Board of Directors would like to thank Morten for his significant efforts as CEO. Morten has tirelessly contributed to making Nordmark a good and successful workplace. During his tenure, the company has achieved a position as a leading supplier to the wind turbine industry's largest global manufacturers of off- and onshore wind turbines. During the interim period until a new CEO is appointed, the management of Nordmark will consist of Chairman of the Board Johnny Thomsen as interim Sales Director with responsibility for Nordmark's commercial activities, Board member Søren Husted as Interim Operations Director with responsibility for production, just as Michael Jacobsen will continue in the role of Production Manager with responsibility for technology. Jeppe Højmark will continue as CFO and be acting as interim CEO. Shaping change, one component at a time. Nordmark has CNC-machined this XXL component for the company R&D Test Systems - making use of Nordmark's lifting capacity up to 100 tonnes. Based on our knowhow and experience with 3D CNC machining processes, and as an experienced global provider of challenging prototypes, Nordmark was the chosen partner for the machining and handling of the XXL component. This specific component will form part of test equipment for a test bench for the wind industry. Nordmark is using cutting-edge CAD/CAM technologies together with Digital Twins of our machines to ensure product quality and complete process safety for our customers. To deliver the best outcome for our clients, we rely on leading CAM tool solutions that enable efficient and precise programming of our CNC machines, ensuring exceptional quality and cost-cutting consistency. At Nordmark it is our aim to attract more talent to industry professions. There is a massive shortage of apprentices and skilled workers in the Danish industry - therefore, it is our focus to engage more talent in the profession. Nordmark apprentice Ewelina Mitura came to Denmark 10 years ago and is now fully engaged in the training as an industrial technician - specializing in the machining of XXL components. She is a role model for a new generation of young women who are faced with an educational choice. "It is great to be among collegues here at Nordmark, I am very happy with my education and I feel at home every day I am at work", Ewelina says.   With an education and a job in the metal industry, you must both be able to work practically, think in solutions and be able to collaborate across professional groups. The education covers subjects such as milling, turning, drilling and measurement, but also more technological disciplines like programming computer-controlled machines (CNC machines) and product development.
