☀️What’s better than inspiring the next generation of engineers to embrace teamwork and collaboration?☀️ Last week, our talented consultant Daniel Brandt Jacobsen had the pleasure of being invited to discuss the subject “Experts in Teams" at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark. He highlighted the challenges and immense value of working in cross-disciplinary teams, emphasizing that this is often where great solutions emerge. This subject is close to the hearts of our RamskovCommunity because we always strive to assemble the best teams with the right skills, often forming cross-disciplinary groups to support our clients' needs. Daniel did a beautiful job at bridging university teachings with real-world applications, showing that learning can be fun, relevant and have direct impact in their future jobs. We are excited to welcome, Lydia Elkær Lynggaard, Consultant, to our Ramskov community! 🎉☀️ Lydia has an educational background in Design and Innovation Engineering, specializing in product and service development and management. She excels at mapping and understanding complex systems, always prioritizing a user- and human-centered approach. Her holistic perspective ensures she considers both direct and indirect impacts. She often works with iterations, frequently employing microtests, prototypes, and visual models to explore various possibilities. Lydia has a knack for creating visual models and mapping processes. Additionally, she has great experience in workshop planning and facilitation, which she has shared through teaching courses on effective facilitation and design thinking. Outside of work, Lydia lives in Copenhagen with her partner and enjoys exploring the city on her trusted bicycle. When the bike needs a break Lydia is often found spending time with her friends and family.  Lydia has been eagerly looking forward to starting at Ramskov, and we are just as excited to have her on board. What an amazing experience 🌟 Wednesday evening, we hosted the first ever #RamskovOpen, where we invited our community into a collaborative learning experience for an evening of inspiration, networking and fun. Robert Johnson was our speaker who facilitated exercises to work through our “Elephants in the Room,” and showed us three mindset shifts to turn them into opportunities.   Our office was buzzing with energy, and we are so thankful for the people who joined us on a hot summer afternoon and participated so actively.
