The visit offered us an insightful look into their production processes and a valuable opportunity to discuss our future collaboration. Prysmian’s commitment to quality and innovation was truly inspiring, and their efforts in sustainability were particularly impressive. 𝑨 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒘𝒊𝒏𝒅 𝒑𝒓𝒐𝒋𝒆𝒄𝒕 𝒊𝒏 𝑫𝒆𝒏𝒎𝒂𝒓𝒌! It is not often that new onshore wind farms are developed and built in Denmark compared to the Swedish and Finnish markets. However, the market is slowly increasing again in Denmark. In week 23, we started the Bjørnstrup wind farm project, where we will be constructing the C-BoP scope of 6 wind turbines and a substation. The project is already well on its way and will be finalized around October this year. #construction #onshorewind #renewableenergy

𝑾𝒆 𝒂𝒓𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒓𝒊𝒍𝒍𝒆𝒅 𝒕𝒐 𝒂𝒏𝒏𝒐𝒖𝒏𝒄𝒆 𝒕𝒉𝒂𝒕 𝒘𝒆 𝒉𝒂𝒗𝒆 𝒂 𝒏𝒆𝒘 𝒄𝒉𝒂𝒊𝒓𝒎𝒂𝒏 𝒐𝒇 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒃𝒐𝒂𝒓𝒅 𝒂𝒕 𝑺𝒕𝒆𝒏𝒈𝒆𝒓 & 𝑰𝒃𝒔𝒆𝒏 𝑪𝒐𝒏𝒔𝒕𝒓𝒖𝒄𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏, Jørgen Yde Jensen 🎉     Jørgen, with his many years of experience in leading companies towards growth, brings practical tactics and an operations-focused mindset to SIC. Jørgen has, in his career, possessed positions as CEO of Skov A/S, BB Electronics and Ericsson Diax, and is today Chairman/member of the board in a number of companies. His long-standing relationships with Jens B. Ibsen and Christian Møller, dating back many years, further solidify our trust in his leadership. We are confident that Jørgen will be an excellent match for SIC, providing us with a wealth of new learnings and ideas💡😀!

This week, we have a guest from the 8th grade visiting us in the Danish office. Our guest, Jonas, has a dream of becoming a financial manager, just like his father and grandfather. He has spent two days learning about SIC’s way of approaching finance to see if this area might be his future. Jonas was subjected to a small office debate concerning whether he should go into finance or engineering, as engineering had been a former dream of his😊 It is always interesting to hear what the younger generations are learning today and to be a part of their journey. We hope Jonas had as great a time visiting us as we had having him 😊
