One of the key discussions was striking the right balance in AI investment. 👉 Many AI tools and apps are still in their infancy, leading many to hold off on investing. 👉 But with AI evolving rapidly, the right use-case could emerge sooner than expected. 👉 When it does, a lack of investment, infrastructure, and preparation could leave you trailing your competitors. The challenge? Investing enough to stay ahead, but not so much that resources are wasted. 🌟 Staying Connected 🌟   When we are not working on exciting projects with our amazing customers, we hugely prioritize staying connected to each other. One of the reasons, our colleagues say they love to go to work is as simple as the people they work with. Having good friends at work is key for all of us, so we do our utmost to take care of our team feeling:   • Previous week, nearly 90% of our colleagues participated in the DHL Run, each running 5 km!  🏃♂️🏃♀️ It was a fantastic way to reconnect and exercise while strengthening our bonds. After the run, we enjoyed a delicious barbeque in the sun and had a lot of fun discussing the competition 🍖🌽 • Now, we’re excited about our upcoming Camp Days this Friday! We’ll be upskilling ourselves, doing teambuilding, and enjoying the unique experience of glamping together. 🏕️✨ • Furthermore, we stay true to our usual rituals: Friday dinners once a month, Friday bar, Annual Strategy Tour, Learning Days and much more.      Thanks to everyone who makes these events memorable. Fortunately, Jacob Worsøe is not entirely new to Unify.
