I haven’t run a poll for a while. This is aimed at talent acquisition leaders and is a bit of a litmus test for where we all are. You see, like many, I’m confused. Some organisations are definitely back in hiring mode. Employees are getting bored, seeing a lack of movement in their careers and starting to move. In our sector, there has been a decent amount of movement of employed talent acquisition people into roles, but as we all know, there are still many good people out on the market, and some have been there for a while.
