We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced (((Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist))) to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our organization. *Job Responsibilities: ----------------------- • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, referrals, direct sourcing & headhunting. • Screen and assess candidates' resumes, conduct phone interviews, and participate in in-person interviews to evaluate their suitability for the role. • Manage the entire recruitment process, from initial candidate outreach to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. • Utilize applicants data through recruitment tools to streamline the hiring process and generate reports on recruitment metrics. • Proactively identify potential talent pools and build a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Collaborate with other HR functions to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. • Assist in Organization Development , Performance management system and Compensation and benefits. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- *Requirements: ----------------- • • 5-8 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably in Engineering / IT. • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies and best practices. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in using recruitment tools. • Fluency in English is a must. • Experience in recruiting for technical roles. • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., PHR, SPHR). • Work location : Sheraton , Heliopolis. • Prefer to join Immediately OR ASAP. -------------------------------------------------------------------------- for interested candidates, kindly send your CV to: (hr@ecotelholding.com) and mention the job title in the subject line.
