FMPLUS+ as a new subsidiary specializes in providing property and total facility management solutions for residential, commercial, corporate and industrial properties. We provide infrastructure management solutions for any type of organization. We deal with each individual client as our #1 Asset and cater to their individual needs accordingly. Job Announcement: Warehouse Accountant (Odoo Experience Required) We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Warehouse Accountant with a strong background in inventory management and proficiency in Odoo ERP. The ideal candidate should possess between 3 to 5 years of experience and have a solid understanding of warehouse accounting processes. Job Description: Manage and oversee the daily warehouse accounting activities, including inventory tracking, stock adjustments, and reconciliations. Ensure accurate recording of all inventory transactions and stock movements in the Odoo system. Monitor inventory levels, perform regular audits, and maintain accurate stock records. Prepare inventory reports and provide analysis on stock variances. Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure the accuracy of physical inventory and system records. Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards in all warehouse operations. Job Requirements: 3 to 5 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory management. Mandatory experience with Odoo ERP in warehouse and inventory modules. Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, stock control, and reconciliation processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong analytical skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
