Healthera is a German company specialized in food supplements is seeking for: 1-Medical Representative *Dokki&Mohandsen *Maadi&Helwan *5th settement& Nasr city *Heliopolis *October&Zayed *Faysal&Haram -Key Responsibilities: • Promote and sell company products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and other medical staff. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and seek new potential clients in assigned territory. • Conduct regular visits to hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to discuss products and provide updates. • Provide product information and support, including clinical information, usage, and benefits. • Attend conferences, seminars, and training sessions to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends. • Prepare and submit reports on sales activities, client feedback, and market trends. -Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Vet or science. • Proven experience in sales or as a medical representative is preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. 2-District manager (resposible for cairo and Giza Area) -Key Responsibilities: • Lead and manage a team of store managers, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their goals. • Monitor store performance, analyze data, and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets. • Ensure stores are meeting company standards in operations, customer service, and visual presentation. • Recruit, train, and mentor team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment. • Visit locations regularly to assess and improve store operations, merchandising, and customer experience. • Collaborate with corporate teams on strategic initiatives and implement company policies and procedures. • Manage budgets, inventory, and staffing levels to maximize profitability. -Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, vet or science • Proven experience as a manager minimum 2 years. • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret sales data and make informed decisions. • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
