Vacancy: Senior Mechanical Engineer Location: District 5 Part of the duties/responsibilities: - Install all mechanical activities on the site in coordination with developers and subcontractors. - Draft conceptual, preliminary designs, and shop drawings for HVAC, plumbing, and fire fighting for the projects. - Draft HVAC designs and shop drawings & chilled water systems, - Deal with systems like duct routing, piping routing, sections, mechanical rooms layouts, flow diagrams, riser diagrams, control diagrams, details, and schedules of equipment, familiar with using mechanical details standards (SMACNA editions) and most required mechanical systems. - Draft plumbing design for toilet details, mechanical rooms' layouts, pump rooms, riser diagrams, details, schedules of equipment, domestic water piping & compressed air systems piping. - Draft firefighting design for automatic sprinkler systems piping and distribution. Fire pumps rooms drafting, agents’ systems drafting Implement and monitor all mechanical (HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting) related works at the site as per approved drawings, methods, and safety rules. Interpret construction drawings and study the contract documents and applicable standards or specifications before execution of any jobs. - Plan the execution of all mechanical-related work and coordinate the works with mechanical and civil groups. - Submit site daily reports. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering. - 5-7 years of experience in mechanical construction. - Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-power-point), internet surfing. - Previous experience in HVAC, Plumbing, and firefighting is required. - Previous experience as a contractor for construction work. - Excellent Experience in Autocade Shop-drawing. - Excellent command of the English language.  Candidates who fit the profile please send your CV to careers@marakez.net

Vacancy: Customer Service Officer (Face to Face) Location: Mall of Arabia Part of the duties/responsibilities: - To interact with customers as per the customer service standards. - To maintain the Mall's image by complying with appearance and attendance standards. - Maintain a thorough knowledge of Mall of Arabia services, facilities, stores/locations and promotional activities to handle product and service inquiries and update the database sheet on daily basis at all desks. - Proactively solicit feedback and suggestions while making regular surveys with customers to enhance our services. - Coordinate with Customer Service Manager and internal departments with regard to the Mall’s reporting process and response procedures and maintain a clear understanding of customer services role and areas of responsibility (such as store guide, lost and found, taxi, extend assistance to handicapped or special needs customers. - Create memorable customer interactions, assist customers and provide excellent customer service by providing directions, information, answering questions, and performing other Mall’s specific duties as assigned in a pleasant matter reflecting warm hospitality. - Solve and report the customer complaints and problems on the spot, and adhere to a time frame for the escalated complaints to the supervisory or managerial level. - Assist with Tenants’ memos whether creation or distribution. - Assist the marketing team in their promotions, activities conducted in the mall. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in management, business administration - 0-2 years of experience in the Customer Service field. - Experience handling customers’ complaints - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Vacancy: Senior Budgeting Specialist Location: District 5 Part of the duties/responsibilities: - Responsible for the commercial section. She/he will support the budgeting manager in handling the full life cycle starting with preparation of management reports and closing dashboard preparation, followed by variance analysis, annual budget and interim forecasts. - Keep proper track and review for the above-mentioned sections’ accounting treatments. - Work closely with the accounting team during the monthly closing. - Prepare the monthly management reports (P&L, BS, & CF), along with closing dashboard and presentation. - Provide business driven variance analysis, with recommendations for corrective actions. - Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to develop the annual budget. - Control spending (PRs & POs) and funding requests, to ensure the alignment within the approved budget. - Estimate and forecast interim exercises, following the changes appearing in the actual trend. Vacancy: Senior Administration Specialist Location: District 5 Part of the duties/responsibilities: - Responsible for the medical insurance (From 1 , 6) communication and processes. - Responsible for obtaining and renewing work permits for foreigners. - Follow-up on the accommodation processes, expenses, and handle any complex issues. - Communicate with all employees in the organization regarding any administrative issues. - Ensure that office materials and supplies are stocked and efficiently used. - Ensure that the expenditure of stationery and office supplies are within the approved budget. - Prepare quarterly reports that demonstrate the expenses of the department.  - Coordinate with suppliers to provide private cars for employees when needed and send the monthly invoices to the finance department. - Contact several transportation providers and select the most appropriate offer to provide transportation means for site employees. - Follow-up the preparation of suppliers’ contracts and ensure that the Finance Department approved them. - Support in organizing events of the organization according to the approved budget. - Liaise with the maintenance team of the building ensuring the maintenance of the whole facility. - Follow up on the housekeeping team to ensure that the cleanliness of the whole facility - Follow-up the accommodation processes, expenses, and handle any complex issues when needed. - Follow-up the maintenance processes needed for the cars. - Follow-up on extracting and renewing the licenses of the organization cars. - Support in handling other assignments within the scope of the department if required to facilitate achieving the departmental goals. - Coordinate catering contracts for subcontractors at sites. - Follow up travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel reservations. - Handle the social Insurance for the employees. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in business administration is preferred. - 3 -5 years of experience in administration and corporate services.  - Proficient use and command of computer (office: word-excel-PowerPoint), - Demonstrated skills in building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders. - Strong conflict resolution, management, communications, and interpersonal skills. - Great understanding of policies, procedures & work methods. - Excellent organization skills. - Excellent command of the English language.
