She was drawn to The Hair Addict because of our vision for promoting natural hair self-acceptance and our strong commitment to sustainability. The chance to work on impactful projects and learn from industry experts made her decision to join us an easy one. As an R&D intern, Sama made meaningful contributions to exciting new projects. She gained hands-on experience in product formulation, registrations, and packaging, where she had the opportunity to share fresh ideas and innovate.
