At BFlow, we are well aware of the challenges posed by the preclinical research process, particularly when it comes to achieving environments that reproduce the behavior of a molecule as closely as possible to in-vivo models. Often the tests performed on in-vitro models have limitations that are detected at a later clinical stage. The organ and vessel on-a-chip solution, the result of years of research by our scientific team, allows us to overcome some of those limitations so that we can achieve results in preclinical research more effectively and efficiently. Thus, the exclusive B-Flow technology offers you in a personalized way: - Customised chips based on the geometry and specifications of the client - Device with microchannels with circular or semi-circular cross-section and diameter ranged 50-100 µm - Transparent material and optimized inner surface for cellular culture - Precise instructions for use and full advice to conduct the required cellular culture - Simulation of dynamic conditions thanks to the application of fluid dynamic modelling Based on the on the customer's needs plan, B-Flow technology allows: - Personalized design without prototyping needed - Extremely reduced manufacturing time - Affordable solution even for a limited number of units
