Midlife crisis or midlife awakening? The last years I have giving a lot of thought to the following question: What if success wasn’t about how much I accomplish, but how aligned I feel with my true self? As such my goal posts have changed over time. It's not an easy transition. It involves short-term sacrifices for long-term gains. Foregoing stability to work only on projects I'm truly passionate about. The up-side: it comes with a new-found sense of clarity and satisfaction. I used some very simple methods to gain that focus. Here is me making a clumsy attempt at sharing them with the gang at Circles House (a co-live with the most breathtaking views of Barcelona). So, what is my passion I hear you ask? More on that soon.
