🏆 Case Cracking Competition with EsTalent | Esade Students for Talent x Banco Sabadell! 🏆 🚀 We are thrilled to share the success of our case cracking competition, the result of a collaborative effort with EsTalent and in partnership with Banco Sabadell. The event outline: 🎙️ Introduction by Dawn Advisory Barcelona: unveiling insights into the powerful 7-step McKinsey Approach for effective case cracking. 🏦 Banco Sabadell Introduction: Providing a deep dive into the organisation and positioning of Banco Sabadell in the market. 💻 Digitalization Challenge: The focal point of the competition – a case on digitalization challenging participants to devise innovative strategies to attract the younger demographic to Sabadell’s banking services. 🌟 In a remarkable display of competence, Dawn Advisory tied for first place, in a closely contested battle, and finished second! Congrats to our team members, Stella Manetti, Masho Gogoreliani, Nikitas Kitsantas, and Laurenz Köpp. This competition could not have been possible without our jury: Daniel Pelluz, Head of Cards Retail Banking at Banco Sabadell, Cristina Subirats Lopez, HR at Banco Sabadell, from EsTalent the president Alexandra Casablancas Martínez, and Toni Muñoz, and from our side Bob Oudmayer and Junjie Zhao. Este 2024, para seguir ejerciendo un impacto transformador en las diferentes esferas de nuestra ciudad, seguimos trabajando para mejorar las experiencias de voluntariado organizadas ad-hoc para empresas. El voluntariado corporativo tiene el objetivo de impactar en pensamientos y actitudes de empleados y empresas, sensibilizando e informando sobre las situaciones de exclusión y discriminación que viven las personas migradas y las personas en situación de sinhogarismo que acompañamos. A su vez, no solo se focaliza en el impacto para las empresas y sus trabajadores, sino que busca crear nuevos horizontes sociales y profesionales a personas en riesgo de exclusión, a través de la socialización y el vínculo creado con las personas voluntarias implicadas en la actividad.
