    95% of the short videos you make for your estate agency will not bring you the results you are looking for. Let me explain. The majority of estate agents who are spending time on Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube are creating videos trying to follow trends. The problem is that these videos are designed to get as many impressions as possible - in other words for as many people to see the video itself. If your goal was to entertain or become famous across the internet in some way, then these videos would be helpful for you. But I assume you’re creating videos because you want to bring locals to list their property for sale with your estate agency. I told my clients to focus on two types of short videos only. 60-90 second videos to show sellers what problems your estate agency solves - what gap you fill in the market. (This is more important than most agency owners think) And 60 second videos offering a FREEBIE like a Seller’s Guide or calculator in exchange for a conversation. Essentially, generating leads from every video. Thanks to this, an established estate agent has brought in over £100k to her pipeline and is close to closing on £40k with these types of videos alone, over 3 months.     If you feel you want a different way for using your time even more effectively than you already do - this could be worth taking a look at. Brandon and Nic's video is less than 3 minutes long and their information has been written out clearly alongside the video if you prefer to read 🙂 I've been using Dr Jeff Spencer's method for more than a month now to test on myself and it's increased my productivity and I am now able to leave my office around 6pm most days instead of being stuck there past 7pm most days as I used to. Also the other benefit has been I sleep all night long instead of waking up at around 3.30 am with a bundle of ideas that suddenly seem like I need to "work through" and "have answers for" right this moment.... which means the next day is not as good as it definitely could have been. Having a good nights sleep and being able to "close off for the day" after 6pm has changed how each next day feels, I am more relaxed, and I am back to enjoying what I do and I am now in a position to help even more clients too. So it could be worth a quick glance. One word of warning there's a bit of swearing for emphasis but if you look past that there's also a lot of gold 😊.
