Essentially, generating leads from every video. Thanks to this, an established estate agent has brought in over £100k to her pipeline and is close to closing on £40k with these types of videos alone, over 3 months. Realtors if you believe in the service you provide, but do not create video content to build your online presence you are doing people a disservice. If you know you provide clients with a superior experience that delivers them amazing results, it does nobody any good if they can't find you. There are people who are looking for someone like you to help them buy or sell a home, but are not working with you because they have no idea you exist. There has never been an easier time for agents to get discovered. People spend hours of their time every day scrolling through Instagram and searching on Youtube. Even more, potential clients are searching for realtors and are not coming across the best ones because they can’t find them. Because, these agents focus on “Referrals”. They are not focusing on creating video content to build new connections with people they can help. To me that is a disservice. Because if you truly believe that you provide a superior service anyone that might need your help deserves to know about you. How they can find you is by you creating video content on the platforms they are spending their attention on. If you are an agent looking for some help on how to do that. We can help you. There are people out there - Fast learners. They'll copy exactly what you do in split hours and get all of your business. But they cannot copy me (bullshit) What's in you? Nothing. If they have a better process, great work & great offer - You are out of business. Every month I see new designers, new copywrites & trust me they are BETTER.
