🫀In the medical field, live-saving treatments often carry a risk to the heart. The American Heart Association cautions against various medications, including antiarrhythmics, antimicrobials, neurological, anticancer, or psychotropic drugs, which can prolong the #QTinterval, potentially leading to severe arrhythmias or even cardiac death if left unaddressed. Therefore, many medications require an electrocardiogram (ECG) analysis before they can be prescribed and continuous ECG monitoring during treatment (1). 🔍 The #ECG plays a crucial role in detecting early signs of these potential risks. With Idoven's rapid ECG analysis program, delays in treatment initiation can be avoided, allowing for more personalized care and improving patient safety in intensive therapies.
