Two Events, Countless Inspirations! Recently, I had the pleasure of attending The Business Booster (TBB) by EIT InnoEnergy in Barcelona, a networking event that brings together breakthrough ideas in renewable energy with over 150 innovative sustainable energy technologies under one roof. I had a wonderful time interacting with companies showcasing their solutions and was thrilled to assist Jannik Kupke from VOLTARO and Pablo Campos Rams from KERIONICS. Discussing their solutions and learning about the real-world challenges they tackle was both educational and inspiring. Secondly, I am extremely excited to announce that at ENLIT, in Milan, which is an end-to-end forum that addresses every aspect of the energy agenda, my team Rodrigo Ferreira, Raunit Sharraf, Martin Perez de Lema Ezcurra, Hao-Hsiang Hu, Heather Walker and I won the Career Impact Challenge posed by Schneider Electric where we developed a smart energy app that enables users to customize their energy portfolio! Huge thanks to the Schneider team- Julian Tharsis, Alexandre Achache, Carlo Giallombardo and Elena Battaglia for their mentorship and welcoming spirit! It was truly a delight to work under your guidance. We start the year 2024 with news, as it is the recognition of Kerionics as Key innovator by the European Commission after the execution of the innovation project ICAREPLAST where we delivered an oxy-combustion module for plastics recycling. As a spin-off focused on the development of technological innovation this recognition confirms that we are on the right track. We had the pleasure of being invited by the CDTI to the KOREA EUREKA DAY. During three days the most disruptive topics about innovation were presented and Kerionics’ partner director Fernando Colón deliver a key note on challenges and opportunities for the Hydrogen generation. Kerionics was pretty grateful to be able to support Spanish innovation ecosystem, along with the other guests.
