    Meet Mathurin Mardelet, who shares with us his story of growth at Puig:   “Over my last 6 years at Puig, I have been enjoying different roles for Rabanne, as I started in the French market as Assistant Brand Manager, and then moved as Global Marketing Operational Executive in Paris. I then had the amazing opportunity to join the US market as Brand Manager in New York City. I recently had the opportunity to work on Jean Paul GAULTIER.   I have learned so much within my journey at Puig. Here’s what she has to say about being part of our community: ☝️ Best thing about your job: In the legal team we are lucky to work alongside almost every team in the company, so we get to be involved in many parts of the business and see how an idea flourishes into a reality with the effort of every individual involved. It never ever gets boring, that’s guaranteed! ✌️ What pulled you towards Puig? For me it was the combination of a sector that was very appealing combined with really honest values. Now that I am part of Puig I can attest we stand by those values in what we do. For example, how great is it that Puig is sponsoring the first women's race in the history of the America’s Cup? 👉 When working, what brings you joy? Spending time and exchanging ideas with my amazing team. It is wonderful to be able to learn from each other every day while also sharing laughs. Also, you should know that we are big foodies in the legal team, and we never miss a birthday celebration with pastries and chocolates, so, I am not going to lie, a good croissant always brings joy too 😉 #WeArePuig #ForCreatorsOfAllKinds

Here’s what he has to say about being part of our community:   ☝️ What is the first thing you do when you arrive at the office? As soon as I arrive, the first thing I do is run up to my floor, grab my sports shoes, and head down to the gym floor. There's no better way to wake up and start the day than by exercising. After that, I go to the café to get my essential toasted tuna, cheese, and tomato sandwich plus a coffee. Now I'm ready to start working 💪💪   ✌️ Favourite Puig memory? My best memory at Puig was my first aquathlon in September. It's more of a sports party than a competition. Start the afternoon swimming 🏊♂️and end it dancing with the DJ at the after-party 💃💃. Thanks to it, I started meeting people from other departments with whom I had never worked before, and who later became friends. For me, it's the Puig event of the year.   👉 What do you do exactly? Officially, my position is Retail Backend Technology Manager 🤖. Translated to day-to-day tasks, what I do is provide technological solutions for the retail business managed from the office. I listen to the business and the managers of the different markets we operate in to provide technological solutions, define processes, and pass them on to the service providers we work with. For an extroverted person like me, it's the perfect job, meeting people from all over the world. 🌍   #WeArePuig #ForCreatorsOfAllKinds
