𝗧𝗬𝗟𝗶𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮 𝗲𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 𝗩𝗶𝗿𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗲𝗹 𝗳𝘂𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗼 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 🕶 🌊 En el marco del 25º Aniversario del World Trade Center de Barcelona, celebrado en el hospitality de la 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮'𝘀 𝗖𝘂𝗽 🏆, se presentó el futuro 𝗕𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗧𝗲𝗰𝗵 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁 (𝗕𝗧𝗣), un hub de 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝗰𝗶ó𝗻 𝘆 𝘀𝗼𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗱𝗮𝗱 enfocado a la 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺í𝗮 𝗮𝘇𝘂𝗹 🌐, que engloba actividades relacionadas con la tecnología en economía marina sostenible. TYLin, que está participando junto a b720 Fermin Vazquez Arquitectos en el proyecto de construcción del BTP, ha desarrollado el proyecto en #RealidadVirtual 🕶️, y el resultado se mostró en el evento ante 100 representantes de potenciales empresas interesadas en ubicarse en el hub de innovación. La experiencia inmersiva fue muy bien recibida, y el equipo de VR recogió 𝗳𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗯𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘃𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗼𝘀𝗼 para futuras colaboraciones. This hub of 𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘃𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 is focused on the 𝗯𝗹𝘂𝗲 𝗲𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗼𝗺𝘆 🌐, encompassing activities related to technology in the sustainable marine economy.   TYLin, in collaboration with b720 Fermin Vazquez Arquitectos on the detailed design of the BTP, has developed the project in #VirtualReality 🕶️, and the result was showcased at the event to 100 representatives from potential companies interested in locating within the innovation hub. 🌉 𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡 𝗢𝗙 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗖𝗟𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗜𝗖 𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗛 𝗕𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗚𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗢, 𝗕𝗨𝗜𝗟𝗧 𝗜𝗡 1950 🌉 After the completion of the construction of the new Boca del Cerro bridge, the work of the Rehabilitation of the impressive 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝗕𝗼𝗰𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼 completed in 1950, is progressing. In its day, 5 arches like this one were built in the world. IDEAM (now TYLin) made the rehabilitation project and is now doing the technical assistance during the execution for Mota-Engil México-Engil Mexico. The original bridge, with a main span of 150 m, was designed in 1948 to accommodate road and rail traffic. The railway line had not been in service for several years and has been moved to the new bridge, also designed by IDEAM (now TYLin), to allow the passage of the Mayan train. In the rehabilitation project, the railway track of the original bridge was replaced by a side area intended for pedestrian and cyclist traffic. Currently, the concrete structure of the access openings has been rehabilitated, the old railway track has been removed and work is underway on the execution of the slab of the new pedestrian area. Simultaneously, repair, reinforcement and painting work will begin on the partially damaged and corroded sections of the steel structure of the beautiful arch bridge, which is almost 75 years old, to prolong its service life in an outstanding natural environment. #TYLinEuropeLATAM #StructuralEngineering #Bridges #Rehabilitation

🌉 𝗥𝗘𝗛𝗔𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗔𝗖𝗜Ó𝗡 𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗣𝗨𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗘 𝗔𝗥𝗖𝗢 𝗖𝗟Á𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗢 𝗗𝗘 𝗕𝗢𝗖𝗔 𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗖𝗘𝗥𝗥𝗢, 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗢 𝗘𝗡 1950 🌉 Tras finalizar la construcción del nuevo puente de Boca del Cerro, avanzan los trabajos de Rehabilitación del impresionante 𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗼 𝗰𝗹á𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗼 𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗼𝗰𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗿𝗼 finalizado en 1950. En su día se construyeron 5 arcos similares a éste en el mundo. IDEAM (hoy TYLin) realizó el proyecto de rehabilitación y ahora realiza la asistencia técnica durante la ejecución para Mota-Engil México. El puente original, con un vano principal de 150 m, fue diseñado en 1948 para acoger el tráfico rodado y ferroviario. La línea ferroviaria llevaba varios años sin servicio y se ha trasladado al nuevo puente, también diseñado por el IDEAM (hoy TYLin), para permitir el paso del tren maya. En el proyecto de rehabilitación se sustituyó la vía férrea del puente original por una zona lateral destinada al tráfico peatonal y ciclista. Actualmente se ha rehabilitado la estructura de hormigón de los vanos de acceso, se ha eliminado la antigua vía férrea y se está trabajando en la ejecución de la losa de la nueva zona peatonal. Simultáneamente, se iniciarán los trabajos de reparación, refuerzo y pintura de las secciones parcialmente dañadas y corroídas de la estructura de acero del bello puente de arco, de casi 75 años de antigüedad, para prolongar su vida útil en un entorno natural privilegiado. #TYLinEuropeLATAM #IngenieriaEstructural #Puentes #Rehabilitación

🏗️ 𝗣𝗥𝗢𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗦 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗜Ñ𝗔𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗢 𝗩𝗜𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧 𝗢𝗡 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗔-23 𝗛𝗜𝗚𝗛𝗪𝗔𝗬 The construction of the Sabiñánigo viaduct is progressing and the last stages of the deck construction can already be glimpsed, approaching abutment 1, at the head of the cliff next to the Gállego river. The Viaduct is 933.7 m long, 25.10 m wide and has a span distribution of 9×90+74+49.70 m. The deck is materialized by a large post-tensioned concrete box-girger with variable depth and wide lateral overhangs that are supported by a series of precast concrete lateral struts placed every 5 m. The large lateral overhangs of the cross section are executed in a second phase by using a wing traveller. The large lateral span 1 of 90 m, the last to be executed, is conditioned by the location of the Gállego river and the steep slope located next to abutment 1, and the 90 m typical spans represent the world record for the deck executed by means of an Underslung Movable Scaffolding System (M.S.S.). The execution of a typical phase of the central concrete box girder of 90 m long include two stages: first, the U-shaped section is executed (lower slab and webs) and, subsequently, the upper slab of the central core of the box girder is completed. The work is being carried out by the JV Rover Grupo – Grupo Aldesa for the Spanish Ministry of Transportation (Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible). The supplier and responsible for the execution of the deck with the M.S.S. for the JV is Grupo TecoZam. And TYLin has carried out the detailed design for the JV and is providing technical assistance during execution. 🏗️ 𝗔𝗩𝗔𝗡𝗭𝗔 𝗟𝗔 𝗘𝗝𝗘𝗖𝗨𝗖𝗜Ó𝗡 𝗗𝗘𝗟 𝗩𝗜𝗔𝗗𝗨𝗖𝗧𝗢 𝗗𝗘 𝗦𝗔𝗕𝗜ÑÁ𝗡𝗜𝗚𝗢 𝗘𝗡 𝗟𝗔 𝗔-23 La construcción del viaducto de Sabiñánigo avanza y ya se vislumbran las últimas fases de ejecución del tablero, aproximándose al estribo 1, en la cabecera del acantilado junto al río Gállego. El viaducto tiene 933,7 m de longitud total, 25,10 m de anchura y una distribución de vanos de 9×90+74+49,70 m. El tablero se materializa mediante un gran cajón de hormigón postesado de canto variable y amplios voladizos laterales que se apoyan sobre una serie de puntales laterales de hormigón prefabricado colocados cada 5 m. Los grandes voladizos laterales de la sección transversal se ejecutan en segunda fase mediante carro de ala. El gran vano 1 lateral de 90 m, el último que se ejecutará, está condicionado por la ubicación del río Gállego y la escarpada ladera situada junto al estribo 1, y los vanos tipo de 90 m suponen el récord mundial de tablero ejecutado mediante autocimbra. La ejecución de una fase tipo del cajón central de hormigón de 90 m de longitud comprende dos fases: en primer lugar se ejecuta el tramo en U (losa inferior y almas) y, posteriormente, se completa la losa superior del núcleo central del cajón. La obra está siendo ejecutada por la UTE Rover Grupo – Grupo Aldesa para el Ministerio de Transportes y Movilidad Sostenible. El suministrador y responsable de la ejecución del tablero con autocimbra para la UTE es el Grupo TecoZam. Y TYLin ha realizado el proyecto constructivo modificado para la UTE y está realizando la asistencia técnica durante la ejecución.
