Last week we were honored to watch our very own CFO, Fabian Bruegmann talk at the Bundestag in Berlin 🇩🇪. Speaking in a panel entitled: “Compliance for scale-ups: efficiency instead of bureaucratic madness”. One of the main questions that Fabian Bruegmann looked to answer throughout the event was “What else is needed to keep scale-ups in Germany in the long term?”. Which was answered alongside some very inspiring guests & panel members including the CEO of HelloFresh, Thomas Griesel, the CEO of Taxfix, Martin Ott, Head of Communications at Deutsche Börse, Niels Tomm, the Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of Finance, Katja Hessel, and the Parliamentary State Secretary at the Federal Ministry for Digital Affairs and Transport Daniela Kluckert. All being expertly moderated by Maximilian Mordhorst, Member of the Finance Committee. After an exciting and insightful opening speech by the Finance Minister Christian Lindner, the panel guests engaged in lively discussions on how we could bring ideas from the garage, the desk at home, or the research laboratory to the international stock market - and what the current constraints are? Overall it was a wonderful evening, held in a perfect setting, with very exciting guests within whom it was a pleasure to have Urban Sports Club represented, through Fabian Bruegmann. Urban Sports Club x Rocycle continues for another two years! 🚲 🥳 We’re happy to announce the renewal of our partnership with Rocycle, a leading name in the boutique fitness industry in the Netherlands, and excited to continue the expansion of our international footprint together. With 12 thriving locations across the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium, Rocycle is aiming to open 10 new locations in the next few years, which will all be available through Urban Sports Club. This expansion also includes the launch of its second brand, Roform, focusing on Reformer Pilates - a rising trend in the sports industry and a favorite among Urban Sports Club members 🙏 ! In the last few weeks, the Urban Sports Club running club - Urban Runners - participated in the annual Infront B2Run GmbH at the iconic Olympiastadium in Berlin 🏅 and through the city forest with a finish at RheinEnergieSTADION 🏟️ in Cologne.
