A couple of weeks ago, we closed Q3 with the first edition of our internal Customer Day, where teams from all functions came together to dive into the real-life experience of our Wallapop users. From dispute resolution to catalog moderation, broken items, and pro subscriptions, we got hands-on with customer claims in a play, learn & compete set up. The goal? To give our users a louder voice and sharpen our focus on creating a world-class experience.
