Accounts Payable Analyst

ABOUT THE POSITION:We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will support the accounts payable team, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, expense reports, and payments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

As the Accounts Payable Analyst, you will:

• Oversee and support the accounts payable team to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and expense reports.
• Review and reconcile vendor statements, resolving discrepancies and issues promptly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to obtain necessary approvals and documentation for payment processing.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
• Continuously optimize accounts payable processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and build positive relationships with suppliers.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports related to accounts payable for management review.
• Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Understand and work with purchase order requisition processes and ability to coordinate effectively with procurement teams.
  
  

Our ideal candidate will have:

• English advanced level.
• Bachelor or Graduate degree in business administration, economy, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience as an Accounts Payable Specialist or similar role is a plus.
• Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.
• Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and thoroughness.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
