Key responsibilities/What you do

The Easy Living line of business aims to support the end-customer when they need it the most: Through domestic care, nursing at home, rehabilitation services and home modifications, teleconsultation, psychological assistance after a hospitalization, immobilisation or accident; funeral assistance after the loss of a relative or prevention and wellbeing services.

Mobile Devices and Digital Risk (MDDR) is providing Insurance and services to protect customers’ mobile phones, electronic devices and home appliances against accidental damages and internal breakdown as well as solutions combining insurance and services to protect customers against digital risk.

Reporting directly to the Senior Lead Actuarial & Portfolio Management the Pricing Actuary Expert will work on:

• Development of pricing models and tools
• Technical portfolio analysis (Frequency, Severity, Earning patterns) and performance estimate
• Project management, e. g. on cost allocation
  
  

For Pricing you will :

• Develop a pricing tool roadmap
• Take ownership of development of pricing models and tools
• Manage and further build up our underlying product database used to perform severity and frequency analysis on certain products
• Collaborate closely with Case Underwriting team
• Run complex projects for Actuarial Team
  
  

For the Performance and Forecast Analysis you will :

• Carry out regular and ad-hoc performance analysis and provide actuarial recommendation
• Conduct frequency and severity analysis for selected accounts
• Perform forecasting of technical performance of large accounts or portfolios
• Represent LoB in complex technical projects
• Define data requirements and data collection processes
  
  

Requirements

Key requirements/What you bring

• Tertiary qualification in mathematics, actuarial science or similar qualification
• 5+ years’ experience in actuarial work in the insurance or reinsurance field
• Ability to run and drive complex projects
• Strong communication and team work skills, able to collaborate with various teams across departments and across different Countries
• Fluent in English, fluency in other languages is an advantage
• Experience working with Python / MS SQL
