La Vida es Una: Uniting a country under an impactful purpose. I had a wonderful week with the Novartis México team! I came to the country visit with some expectations, but the Mexico team exceeded them all with their amazing achievements, insights and enthusiasm, all driven by a powerful mantra that guides their local strategy: La Vida es Una. “La Vida es Una” may seem like a simple statement, but it is the source of the strong sense of purpose and belonging that I witnessed in the Mexico team. I saw cohesion, collaboration, inspiration and passion across the organization, from leadership to our teams in the field – they are dreaming big, and working together to make bold ambitions a reality, to become pioneers, leaders and trendsetters in the country. I left Novartis Mexico with a sense of admiration, and eager to share the best practices we learned in the country with the LACan region and the rest of the organization. Gracias Mexico, for this inspiring visit, looking forward to seeing what awaits in the second half of 2024!
