About us
Adey Reusable Pads. Established in 2019, our mission is to provide affordable, high-quality menstrual products to alleviate period poverty in both urban and rural areas of Ethiopia. Not only do our reusable pads last an average of 18 months to 3 years, but they are also made with 100% cotton, are super absorbent, leak-proof, allergy-free, and eco-friendly. Plus, by supporting our brand, you are also supporting the local economy and the skilled women who work at our sewing center located just 8 minutes outside of the capital city, Addis Ababa. Our pads come in small, medium, and large sizes to fit the needs of all women, and are made with 13 different inputs, including 8 internal fillers and two winged tops that are tied with a key and thread for added security.
