Meet Majoie, a 15-year-old girl with big dreams from the Republic of Congo. As the eldest of five siblings, she’s determined to become a magistrate. "I know that the studies are long, but it’s really what I want to do and I know I will make it." Her mother, Chance, reflects on the opportunities Majoie has now compared to her own childhood. "Today life is easy for our children. We didn’t have the same opportunities." Chance couldn’t fulfil her own dreams of becoming a doctor after losing her parents early. Instead, she worked hard, learned sewing and now runs her own workshop. "I'm ready to make any sacrifice so that my children can have the best life possible." Majoie’s dreams shine bright thanks to the progress we’ve made, but there’s still a lot of work to do. “If I could change one thing, it would be that all girls could go to school. Education should be accessible for all children," says Majoie. Let’s continue to pave the way for every girl to thrive, break barriers and unlock her full potential. #GirlGoals
