🔴 AU Preparatory Committee Delegation Arrives in Oran: ✅ As part of the ongoing preparations for the 2024 edition of the African Youth Forum, set to take place in Oran from November 1-4, 2024, a delegation from the African Union Preparatory Committee has just arrived at Oran’s Ahmed Ben Bella International Airport from Addis Ababa. Members of the local preparatory and organizing committee, along with representatives from Oran’s local authorities, warmly welcomed the delegation. The AU Commission team will be assessing the readiness of the facilities scheduled to host the event, starting with the Mediterranean Village, which will accommodate the participants, along with the Méridien Hotel and the International Conference Center, where the forum’s activities will take place. 🔴The Press Conference for the PanAfrican Youth Forum : ✅As part of the ongoing preparations for the Esteemed African youth event that Algeria will host in the upcoming days, Mr. Mustapha Haidaoui, President of the high Council for youth and General Coordinator of the Local Preparatory and Organizing Committee for the 4th edition of the African Youth Forum, held a press conference this morning Thursday, October 24, 2024, at the Moufdi Zakaria Palace of Culture. 🔴Outcomes of the Press Conference for the African Youth Forum : ✅At the start of the press conference for the 4th edition of the African Youth Forum, Mr. Mustapha Haidaoui , President of the high council for Youth and General Coordinator of the Local Preparatory and Organizing Committee for the Forum, presented the program and details of this continental youth event, as well as the stages leading up to Algeria being granted the honor of hosting it. The conference also featured a virtual speech by Ms. Elwad Almi Mohamed, Ag. Head of the Youth Development and Engagement Section at the Department of Women, Gender, and Youth at the African Union Commission.
