His latest project is a gamified toolkits about workplace rights and responsibilities, and social safety and security to effectively train the workforce. With the decline in effectiveness of traditional trainings and seminars, Weze (ወዜ in amharic) aims to bolster the impact of UN SDGs Goal 8 in producing an environment for productive employment and decent work for all.

Through it all, we remain committed to valuing each member, helping everyone discover their unique contributions, and feeling important within our shared mission. Recently, we bid a fond farewell to one of our most valued team members, Natnael Alemayehu Hailu. Nathnael’s hard work, vibrant spirit, and unwavering commitment have been a driving force within our team, and of course our digital presence. As he embarks on an exciting new venture, we know he will continue to reach new milestones and tackle even bigger challenges with the same determination and passion. Though we are sad to see Nathnael leave, we are excited about what lies ahead for him and wish him the very best in this new chapter. He has been an integral part of our journey, and we trust that his path forward will be filled with even greater success. As he moves on to new horizons, Nathnael leaves behind a legacy of excellence, and we look forward to seeing him flourish in all his future endeavors.

Today, we held self-initiated and passion-driven product pitches with two vibrant team members. One was a full-fledged timeboxing and task management platform; the other was a trivia game called "Arada" by Miklol G.. As we are committed to fostering a proactive work environment that encourages the team to experiment with their passions and push forward to achieve their dreams, we will support these ideas as they prepare to enter the market at the right time. Following the recent development from the City Government of Addis Ababa’s Educational Bureau adopting game-based learning, we had the opportunity to share our experiences with passionate elementary teachers. Our goal was to provide foundational knowledge on how to create an engaging and effective classroom environment. In collaboration with EDit Educational Services, we conducted a four-day weekend program aimed at equipping teachers with the necessary skill set for student-oriented learning (ተማሪ ተኮር ትምህርት), game-based learning (ጨዋታ መሰረት ያደረገ የማስተማር ሂደት), and related methodologies that promote classroom engagement and content retention. 🌿 Green Pill Summer Program: Week 4 Recap! 🌿 We're halfway through our Green Pill Summer Program, and this week was all about vision alignment! 🎨✨ In our latest workshop, our interns experienced the magic of teamwork and communication in the most fun way possible. They were divided into groups and tasked with drawing a face, but there was a twist! Each intern was given a list of face parts to draw without discussing with their teammates.The results were... let’s just say, abstract masterpieces! 😅 But then came round two: this time, they could discuss and plan before drawing. The transformation was incredible, and we ended up with some fantastic faces! This exercise beautifully highlighted the power of collaboration and clear communication.
