Our hearts are still buzzing with the incredible energy from last week's amazing event, led by Dr Hatty Francis-Ehnholm from Compass Psychology Finland! We gained valuable insights into self-care and had the chance to put many of those techniques into practice. A huge thank you to Hatty, Nera, and Jennifer for offering what was essentially a free 2-hour group mental wellbeing session—what an unforgettable experience! 🤯❤️ And once again, big thanks to Arcada University of Applied Sciences for hosting us!

What an amazing and thought-provoking event we've had with Proff. Minna Huotilainen yesterday! Knowing how to be empathetic when working with clients while being mindful of your own mental well-being, how not to confuse jumping between tasks and getting distracted with multi-tasking (and if multi-tasking is even a thing), and how to self-regulate our emotions is crucial not only for our productivity, but for our health in general. Thank you Minna for this deep dive into the world of neuroscience! Also big thanks to Arcada University of Applied Sciences for hosting us at their premises, to our Board Member Minna Franck for putting the event together, and huge thanks to everyone who came to the event and asked really interesting questions!
