    On Saturday, August 10, Tietoevry Create hosted Flow Talks, bringing some seriously inspiring sessions on human-centered and sustainable design. 👏 Joni Furstenborg, creative director at TBWA\Helsinki, took the stage to chat about how design can tackle the challenges that tech throws our way. 🔑Key Takeaways: Design can seriously help fix some of tech's slip-ups. Case in point: MLL's LethalTrends service is a lifesaver for parents, literally. Using it is a breeze. Just subscribe, and you’ll get push notifications about trending dangers. Communication is everything. Without that relatable peer-to-peer approach and the real stories behind it, this service might have flown under the radar.🙌

    Thoughts from Cannes day 2 from our CEO Sami Tikkanen 🤩: "Cannes Lions has grown back to be a massive celebration of creativity. We see now a shift from pure purpose based marketing talks back into more commercially focus creativity. This goes both the keynotes presented and the creative work awarded. I also feel that the new balance is welcomed. Even now with Gen AI supporting us, building business growth with strong branding will still be quite simple, but a decisive process like Marcel Marconde, Global CMO, AB InBev stated as their key learnings to create success: - People first - Focus - Create bolder experiences - Use creative effectively - Drive growth Ps. Just recently one of the brands, Corona Beer, has become the most valuable beer brand globally."

Here are my three nuggets from the three talks. 1. Conversations are the new landing pages in the search for realness. - Reddit CEO Steve Huffman 2. Treat marketing like a product worth paying for. You need to confuse to stop someone. - Liquid Death CEO founder Mike Cessario 3. AI, an unaware, software-driven tool based on the most basic brain functions, can open the path of awakening in anyone’s life. - Deepak Chopra”
