Troy Ruhanen, under your leadership, we have truly lived up to our name - The Disruption CompanyⓇ. 🏴☠️ Your fierce passion for creativity and curiosity has spread like a fire through the collective. Because of it, our people have produced some of the most iconic work for iconic brands over the past decade. We’ve won awards, new clients, had big moments, but most of all, we’ve fallen back in love with what we do and worked tirelessly to keep making things beautiful, smart and fun. You are the reason why we’ve been recognized as one of the World’s Most Innovative Companies for five years in a row by Fast Company, and why we’ll keep doing the brave thing for the next decade too. Thankfully, we have Erin Riley to take up the mantle as Global CEO in 2025. No stranger to TBWA, Erin has been with the collective since 2016, first joining TBWA\Chiat\Day Los Angeles as President before taking the helm as CEO in 2021. In the past year, Erin has overseen the unification and growth of both Chiat\Day\New York and LA as Chiat\Day US CEO. Alongside Erwan Guillou as our newly appointed Global CFO and the wider TBWA\Worldwide leadership, we couldn't have better captains steering this ship. After a 10-year chapter at TBWA\Worldwide from January 1st, I will be moving on to Omnicom Advertising Group (OAG) as CEO. I’ve loved every moment of my decade with TBWA, from discovering what Disruption® truly means, learning everyday about a new cultural trend or what’s NEXT; seeing amazing work in all dimensions, to learning new customs and meeting so many wonderful talents who are now friends from all four corners of the world. A testament to Omnicom continuing its commitment to elevating homegrown talent, a few of those wonderful talents will be joining me at OAG in the new year: 🎉 Deepthi Prakash is to become Chief Operating Officer - she is the perfect talent to lead the collaboration with our partners at Omnicom. 🎉 Denis Streiff has been elevated to Global CFO, continuing his 30+ year (!) career within the Omnicom family. 🎉 And Mairead McCan joins as VP Finance - a huge, huge congratulations. As we begin this journey in the new year, I couldn’t be happier and prouder that Erin Riley will take the reins as Global CEO of TBWA\Worldwide. Erin will not just become the CEO, she will also become the first woman to globally lead this collective. Long overdue. Erin is a powerhouse. She leads with both head and heart, with an exceptional sixth sense for what will make a difference for the brands across TBWA’s portfolio. She builds enviable talent pools and brings everyone along with her. With Erwan Guillou at her side as newly appointed Global CFO, alongside all the brilliant TBWA Worldwide folks, the 11,000 strong collective is in the best possible hands.
