    “I believe in using resources to build long tables, not high walls.” These words and facilities from our angel investor, Sammeli Sammalkorpi, set the perfect tone for our latest team offsite. Offsites are a great break from routine—they’re a chance to step back, reflect, and tackle the big-picture challenges. Yesterday, we left the city to focus on key themes: our strategy and mission, our brand, and to deeply understand what HR professionals experience and need in their daily work. To balance the abstract topics, we also held an action-packed hackathon. In just two hours, our team split into groups and solved several real challenges we—and our customers—had been facing in the recent weeks and months.     Last Friday, I had the honor of presenting to 2,000 employees at one of our valued customers, showcasing how our Organizational Network Analysis provided whole new insights for their organizational development and understanding. As an entrepeneur, milestones like these fuel my motivation for making a meaningful impact.
