It’s simple—we share what we learn right away! 🌍 Our Chief of HR, Maria Vihtkari, just shared a new learning path on Valamis: a summary of The Culture Map by Erin Meyer. 📚 She read the book earlier this year and found it super helpful for understanding how different cultures approach things like feedback and decision-making. What’s easy about Valamis is how quickly we can turn great content into team-wide learning: 1️⃣ You read a great book or discover valuable content worth sharing. 2️⃣ You turn it into a learning path with key takeaways and create the content directly in the platform using our built-in authoring tool (Valamis Studio). 3️⃣ Then, you share the learning path with your audience. You can even decide who needs to complete it, whether it’s mandatory or optional, tailoring the experience for your team. And that’s it—knowledge sharing made simple.     What is the Valamis Customer Advisory Board, and why is it important to us and our customers? In 2022, Valamis launched a journey to strengthen our connection with our customers. Fast forward to present day when our team hosted our third annual Customer Advisory Board summit in Helsinki last week! 🎉 The initial idea behind forming a Customer Advisory Board was simple: to foster a deeper partnership with our customers, understand their evolving needs, and co-create solutions that truly resonate with people. And together we're able to - 🤝 Build lasting partnerships: Since our customers are at the heart of everything we do, our Board allows us to ensure we’re working together towards success. 🔭 Share a vision for the future: By understanding our customers' learning needs and future goals, we can better align our solutions to support their evolving needs. 📋 Improve our internal processes: Customer feedback is invaluable and our Board helps us identify areas for improvement. 🛠️ Develop the product together: Our product decisions and future plans are driven by the real challenges and ideas our Board brings to the table. 💡Foster thought leadership: We’re committed to sharing our knowledge and practical tips to help our customers and the industry grow. At every CAB summit, a fun learning experience is basically mandatory training—we are L&D enthusiasts, after all! In the past, we’ve crafted cocktails and even learned how to make traditional paella. This year, we leveled up with a gin and whiskey distillery tour & tasting (well, mostly tasting) at The Helsinki Distilling Company. Huge thanks to them for hosting an unforgettable time for our group! These fun, cultural moments always give us plenty to laugh (or cringe) about for years to come.
