Flowcore is a paradox 🔁 We all know the age-old question: what came first, the chicken or the egg? But what actually came first: Flowcore or Flowcore? We’ll save you the trouble; it was Flowcore 😉 We have now reached a stage on the Flowcore platform, where we are able to substantially simplify our platform, by using Flowcore to develop the Flowcore platform. In our upcoming version of the platform, we will be streamlining and simplifying our platform, as well as making it more developer-friendly. This is made possible by using Flowcore to improve Flowcore! How many times have we said Flowcore now? 🤔 It might sound confusing, but it's really as simple as taking the seed from a fruit to grow more fruit 🍎 We’re planting the seeds now so our users can harvest the fruit when they're ready 🌸

At Flowcore, we're committed to embracing an open-source-first approach 👐 While developing LUTTAKA, we created numerous quality of life methods for communicating with Flowcore. When we moved on to new projects, we aimed to reuse these methods to speed up development and minimize code duplication. This led to the creation of the @flowcore/sdk-nextjs-backend library 📚 Check it out here: https://lnkd.in/eV9sYQcR As we ventured into projects with diverse needs, we realized the need for further modularization. This inspired us to split our library, resulting in the @flowcore/sdk-transformer-core library. LUTTAKA is ever evolving and expanding 💥 Adding features to LUTTAKA is fast and easy, allowing us to adapt to just about any event - not just conferences. For instance, last weekend, we supported Kvinnurenning 2024 on LUTTAKA. Participants could view the routes of the run before and during the event, and afterwards, check their times. Did you know that LUTTAKA was developed in only 3 months' time? 🤯 And not only that, but several features were made from scratch and added in the same week as LUTTAKA debuted. This includes features like the silent auction, the certificates, and the backchannel chat, just to name a few. There was even some additional development being demonstrated live at our booth during Tonik 💪 This was all possible because of Data-Driven Development and Flowcore’s CLI. The entire planning of what LUTTAKA even is was sorted in one meeting, and then the developers could just get straight to work. They were especially thrilled about this, as they prefer developing over sitting in meetings 😉 LUTTAKA has become a stellar example of a new way of developing that is both fast and efficient. Changes that would normally take days to implement can now be done within hours. Our office has been buzzing with energy as IT students from The University of the Faroe Islands joined us for the past two Saturdays to collaborate on LUTTAKA ⚡ We're thrilled to have received valuable contributions to our project while providing these students with hands-on experience and guidance from our team. It's been a fantastic collaboration that benefited everyone involved 🤝 “It was a great learning experience. It was well-organized, and I learned so much about web development. I expanded on my skills and learned how to design a product that provides good service to the user.
