Sit there Listen Observe how everyone is treated and as awkward as it is go through the motions. This shouldn’t deter you from taking the job at a said company as long as everyone was respectful. A company is a work family People argue It’s how they come back from it that matters most. And as for punctuality::: Be early or on time and if you are late, excuse yourself with an amazing reason.
