    Throwback to Accor's recent presence at the Future Hospitality Summit (FHS) Dubai 2024. We're proud to have announced several new projects that will further expand our footprint in key markets across the region. ✨ Key Highlights ▫️ Swissôtel Waterfront Residences, Dubai Islands: Our first standalone Swissôtel branded residences in partnership with The Summary L.L.C., featuring 105 luxury homes with world-class amenities and stunning views. Opening in 2027. ▫️ Grand Mercure Dubai Downtown: Reopening in 2025 with Gulf Hotels Group, this property will offer 270 rooms and suites, ideally located in the heart of Downtown Dubai. ▫️ Handwritten Collection Al Baha, Saudi Arabia: Set for a 2027 debut, this unique property will offer 148 rooms at a breathtaking clifftop location overlooking the Red Sea. ▫️ Sofitel Residences Downtown Dubai: Marking Sofitel’s first residences in the UAE, this project will introduce 70 luxury homes, including six penthouses, just steps away from the iconic Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. ✨ Accor One Living at FHS Dubai 2024 In collaboration with The Bench, Accor One Living hosted the first edition of the Branded Residences Forum, a new event exploring the future of branded residences and their growing influence on hospitality and real estate. The forum was a tremendous success, selling out completely and attracting over 450 participants. With nearly 50 branded residence communities already operating and more than 110 in development, Accor One Living is leading the way in premium residential living worldwide. 🎓 Additionally, we were excited to witness the Sustainable Hospitality Challenge (SHC), the largest global student competition aimed at fostering collaboration between future leaders and industry experts to solve sustainability challenges in hospitality.     About 300 grams per cover – that's the average amount of food waste generated in our hotels daily. Committed to meeting the UN's requirement, we are determined to at least halving it by 2030. Our strategy encompasses cutting-edge AI solutions, menu innovation, kitchen teams training, and fostering changes in our guests' habits. With a global network of over 5,600 hotels and a yearly provision of 200 million meals, we acknowledge our significant role in the shift towards a sustainable food model, and this transformation begins with a substantial reduction in food waste. Given the scale of this challenge, we firmly believe that collaboration is essential to maximize our impact quickly. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners, including Winnow Orbisk | Zero Food Waste, Fullsoon, Chefs Eye Tech, Too Good To Go, Lumitics and The International Food Waste Coalition, for being integral to our mission.
