A look back at Assystem’s 4th Annual Diversity Week 🌍 This year’s event, created and organized by our Switchers, highlighted the notion of allyship, an approach that invites everyone to position themselves as allies of minorities to enable them to grow professionally. Our “Imagine” campaign was shared across 66 agencies and customer sites, inviting our employees to reflect on how they can be a better ally of minorities across the business. We had a great turn out, with over 500 participants attending the 5 conferences and workshops! This dynamic collective was deployed in France, the UK, India, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Uzbekistan. Assystem et NAAREA s'associent pour créer un laboratoire d'innovation numérique ! 🌍 Ce laboratoire a pour mission d'anticiper les défis futurs de l’entreprise tout en explorant des applications novatrices des technologies avancées qui pourraient être utilisées dans le contexte du Jumeau Numérique du réacteur XAMR ®, dont le premier jalons a été finalisé en seulement 18 mois par les équipes d’Assystem et de NAAREA. Ce Jumeau Numérique centralise toutes les données du réacteur pour en optimiser la gestion tout au long de son cycle de vie. 💡Le laboratoire évaluera et intégrera les nouvelles technologies émergentes qui permettraient le déploiement, l’optimisation et l’amélioration continue du Jumeau Numérique XAMR® de NAAREA. Parmi ces technologies figurent les Large Language Models (LLM), les modèles substitutifs, la fiabilité dynamique des systèmes de sûreté passifs et l'Internet des objets (IoT). Assystem proudly supports Slovenia's JEK 2 #Nuclear Project! We have contributed to the economic analysis review of Slovenia's JEK 2 project in collaboration with EY. The report, presented on the 18th October, indicates that while Gen energy’s overall cost estimates for the JEK project are acceptable, several key factors will significantly impact the final costs. Among these, adhering to the construction timeline is critical for managing the finances of the project. With a consultative referendum scheduled in Slovenia for November 24, 2024, on the construction of a second unit at Krško (JEK2), this report confirms the project's financial viability. It also serves as a reminder of its importance for national #Energysecurity and Europe's #Energy resilience. "The most important influence on construction costs is the time in which the power plant is built. One year of delay in the construction of a large reactor represents at least half a billion euros of additional costs. Taking into account the expected deadlines and the shortest possible construction time is therefore crucial," said Assystem’s Deputy Director, Stéphane Aubarbier. We are ready to support Slovenia in achieving its ambitious nuclear energy goals, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery, while contributing to the country’s energy independence and sustainability. #Assystem
