We’ve got some reel-y exciting news. 🎣 The Lake George Diversion Dam Removal and Upper South Platte River Restoration Project was named the USDA Forest Service’s 2024 National Collaborative/Integrated Aquatic Stewardship Award winner. 🏆 #OurJacobs led all design aspects for this critical project protecting the South Platte River ecosystem, renowned for its trout fishing. 🐟 With newly constructed water supply systems for the City of Colorado Springs, the aging infrastructure was no longer used and became a barrier to the ecosystem.
