Un tour de France qui est passé par Venelles, Pierrelate, Tours, Lyon, Cherbourg, Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines ou encore La Défense. Ces événements ont été ponctués par des prises de parole de la Direction et des chefs d’établissements, des remises de médailles du travail et, bien sûr, des moments de convivialité. Assystem welcomes the news this week that the people of Kazakhstan have voted in favour, with a 71% majority, of introducing nuclear power as part of the country's energy transition programme. Nuclear power offers long term energy security through the provision of low-carbon electricity that is stable, secure, and highly compatible with renewables in a dynamic power system. Countries looking to introduce nuclear power today are not only contributing to the fight against climate change, but they are also creating a new technical industry that will stimulate jobs, skills development, and investment for decades to come.

A big thank you to all our guests who attended our fantastic breakfast roundtable event in London in partnership with Constructing Excellence! It was a particularly insightful morning bringing together key stakeholders and decision-makers from across the #Transport sector for a meaningful discussion. Together, we explored how the industry can better work together to overcome the main challenges facing the management of major projects, as well as the UK’s political landscape and how this impacts the supply and demand for critical #ProjectManagement and #PMO skills. Le débat public pour la construction des réacteurs EPR2 à Gravelines est ouvert ! Depuis le 17 septembre, la Commission Nationale du Débat Public (CNDP) a lancé les discussions autour du projet de construction de deux EPR2 sur le site de la centrale nucléaire de Gravelines, au sein du Grand Port Maritime de Dunkerque. Ce projet, porté par #EDF et #RTE, s’inscrit dans le cadre du programme EPR2 et fait suite au débat relatif aux réacteurs de Penly, discuté en 2022. En tant qu’ingénierie leader du nucléaire en France, Assystem a naturellement pris part à ces discussions par le biais de la publication d’un Cahier d’Acteur.
