awen was honored to be selected for KPMG Innovation Lab to discuss opportunities at the intersection of consulting and creativity. As management consultants strive to drive innovation within organizations, AI offers new ways to enhance their workflows. By providing bespoke suggestions to enrich ideation, AI can become a creative partner. However, as models permeate business functions, responsible integration remains key by addressing risks around bias, transparency and data privacy. At the same time, we see tremendous potential for AI to facilitate information flows, quicken decision-making and uncover unexpected ideas within teams. At awen, we hope to responsibly nurture organizational creativity through fine-tuned AI built on internal data!

A closer look at fashion: what are the use cases? awen was delighted to take part in “The AI revolution in the fashion industry: the impact on design, production, distribution and customer experience” ; alongside Pascal Morand, Executive President at Fédération de la Haute Couture et de la Mode, and Grégory Boutté, Chief Client and Digital officer at Kering, organized by La French Touch at Galeries Lafayette, with the support of Bpifrance. Looking at design, technology and AI can assist creative teams in finding inspiration for ready-to-wear, accessories, watches, jewelry and beauty product developments. In distributing, marketing and retail teams can benefit from such technologies to elaborate activations and experiences that will foster desirability for consumers, from concept to implementation. By leveraging brand IP with AI, creative teams are able to revisit and reinvent their brand’s heritage in unprecedented ways. Exciting opportunities ahead lie in consumer facing interactions and customization. At awen, we are thrilled to assist fashion companies in implementing AI tools in compliance with IP, security, traceability and customization.

what role can technology play in artistic creation? awen was pleased to be invited to participate in “creative media: a prospective vision”, co-organized by Cnam-Enjmin, ÉESI, EMCA, part of Pôle Image Magelis, in partnership with TECNOLÓGICO DE MONTERREY. Looking at gaming for the planning and pre-production stages, awen supports concept, creative direction and design teams in defining the genre, style, scenario and gameplay mechanics to include. In leveraging diffusion models, LLMs and fine-tuning, we believe technology can reinforce the gaming creation experience to foster more desirability for players. Such value can be further captured by marketing teams in defining strategies and creating assets to engage with their audiences across channels. As code-generation progresses, technology will create further opportunities for prototyping, testing and refining, therefore improving the gaming experience overall.

how can creative industries benefit from AI while protecting their IP? awen was honored to be invited to IA Vision, the first conference regarding AI’s impact on creative industries, organized by La French Touch and Bpifrance, the national movement for France’s cultural and creative industries. Creative workflows are contextual by nature. Even more so in creative industries, where they rely on the understanding of a brief, an IP and creative teams’ “imaginary museums”. For AI to become applicable and relevant to creative workflows, such context must be transferrable, expandable and actionable through AI, all the while being secured. The question then becomes: how can we make AI work for your data while protecting IP? At awen, we take great care in placing customization, security, control and traceability at the heart of our product. We aim to build senseful AI systems that are IP-compliant, while measuring the biases associated with this technology. We do not believe in a world where AI leads to content overproduction, rather a shift in creative value towards the originality and uniqueness of a creative team’s point of view. AI enriches the imagination to foster desirability.
