How are repairs still such a hassle? Quick anecdote that got me fired up last month. My leaky IKEA kitchen faucet was causing water damage. Easy, just replace the broken part...right? Fast forward to a call with (very nice) support and a frustrating repair saga, leaving me and a few accomplices feeling guilty about replacing the whole damn thing. This experience highlights the data chaos that holds us back from circular living. It's what gets me pumped up about applying my tech background to the repair industry. We're very lucky to have AI experts like Sean Carroll and bike repair gurus like Daniel Carle leading the way. While there are infinite applications for AI to change the world, we use it to revolutionize repair guidance and part compatibility 🙂 We have big ambitions beyond bikes, combating throwaway culture by making repairs accessible, quick and cheap.
