Italian technology company Bending Spoons has priced its inaugural US$600 million Term Loan B.   The transaction, with BNP Paribas participating as Joint Active Bookrunner, marks the company’s debut issuance in the capital #markets.   The company owns and operates a portfolio of more than 100 #digital products, including Wetransfer, and develops the #technology to power them. Zydus Lifesciences Limited has entered into exclusive negotiations to acquire an 85.6% stake in Amplitude Surgical from PAI Partners and other shareholders, at a price of €6.25 per share. Subject to regulatory approval and to closing of the controlling block acquisition, Zydus expects to file a mandatory simplified cash tender offer for all the remaining shares in Amplitude Surgical.
