At #Dior, we are proud to invest in the next generation of Talents.
Recently, Christian Dior Couture hosted an immersive experience for Master’s students from Audencia’s Sustainable Luxury Management program, offering them a deep dive into the Maison’s iconic heritage and its sustainability strategy, Dream in Green.
After an introduction of the House and its career opportunities by Valentin Wallut, Young Talent Recruiter, the students had the opportunity to hear from Elisa Berton, Sourcing Manager from the Dior Men team, as well as Pierre Tricotel Dauberlieu, Eco-Design & Biodiversity Officer from the Dior Sustainability team, led by Clément Lefevre, Chief Sustainability Officer. Together, they explored the four key pillars of the Dream in Green strategy through concrete examples, highlighting Dior’s commitment to responsible sourcing, the preservation of natural resources, and contributions to climate action. By sharing insights into sustainable material choices and innovative sourcing practices, the Dior Men team provided a real-world perspective on how sustainability is embedded in the creative and production processes at Dior.
Charlotte Bouchemit, Audencia student, shares: ‘It was truly insightful to engage with Dior’s teams and hear their passion for their métiers. Learning firsthand about the Maison’s sustainability strategy from those who implement it has been incredibly inspiring and deepened my appreciation for the Maison.’
‘The presentation on Dior’s eco-responsible initiatives highlighted the brand’s strong commitment to sustainability and innovation. As the first class of students to take part in this unique experience, we had the privilege of gaining valuable insights into the future of luxury and innovation,’ adds Juliette Bracq, Audencia student.
