As part of our sustainability journey, here are three internal projects we wanted the highlight: 1️⃣ Onebooking (Repair Use Case) This service allows customers to easily book maintain & repair services in Decathlon workshops, supporting the longevity of our products. By offering in-house solutions, we aim to make product repair more accessible and encourage more sustainable habits among our users. We've launched Onebooking in Portugal and will soon expand to others countries 2️⃣Traceability Traceability is essential to ensuring product quality and extending product life. Tracking products throughout their entire lifecycle is essential not only for assisting engineers and suppliers in the design process but also for helping customers ensure optimal performance and longevity of their products. Our internal system also allows us to challenge suppliers to improve product quality based on real-time data. 3️⃣ Spare Parts Compatibility Finder Now available in Spain and Germany, this digital tool helps customers find the right spare parts for their Decathlon bikes quickly and easily. By reducing errors, saving time and improving the DIY repair experience, we support the circular economy while making product maintenance & repairs more accessible. With more than 3,000 attendees, including business leaders, innovators and AI experts, this summit serves as an important platform to discuss the current progress and future potential of AI. 🔍 On behalf of Decathlon, Kerem Tomak, Chief Data Officer, and Hugo Hamad, Head of Data, led an insightful session entitled "From Concepts to Reality: The AI Revolution in Action".
