A large-scale observational analysis confirms that OCT-defined thin-cap fibroatheroma (TCFA) is a strong predictor of non-culprit lesion-related outcomes, regardless of μQFR values or AMI presentation. Notably, μQFR ≤0.80 showed no significant prognostic value.
