United for a great cause! 💜 On Sunday October 6th, 26 Fives Cryo women were among a purple tide of +6 500 participants who run in the 9th edition of the ❛Foulées Roses Racing❜ in Epinal (88) to support the French Cancer League. 🏃♀️ This year again, Fives Cryo is proud to be an official partner of this important charity event, with our logo on all participant’s t-shirts! Our colleagues were very happy to participate in this event promoting breast cancer screening. The money raised thanks to all the runners will be used to help patients during and after their treatment. 💡Gasal Company Q.S.C. chooses Fives and its Cryomec® LABS pumps Fives Cryomec and Gasal strengthen their collaboration with the supply of a new cryogenic pump. This Cryomec® LABS pump will be installed in Ras Laffan Industrial City, Qatar. For this major contract, Fives Cryomec will supply a multi-stage pump, designed to pump high pressure liquid oxygen. Fives was chosen for its ability to produce tailor-made pumps. This new contract, is a continuity to the existing cryogenic pumps ordered earlier by Gasal. Meet Azziz Rezig - Manufacturing Team Leader at Fives Cryo Azziz began his career at Fives in 2003 as an interim worker in the workshop. He started at the presses, before moving to the oven, then stacking and finally becoming Manufacturing Team Leader, with over 21 years of experience. 🗣️ "They saw something in me, trusted me, and gave me a chance. I climbed the ladder step by step, and today, I am proud to take on the new challenges we face every day." In his role, he works closely with the research, development and innovation department, while supporting the adjusters and the press service. He ensures the development of new equipment in partnership with the designers and the industrialization department. His expertise even extends beyond borders as he has also worked on projects in China, where he trained the local teams. 👨🔧 What he likes most about his job is the diversity of missions and the satisfaction of accomplishing demanding projects, while finding solutions to complex problems. One piece of advice he has to give to younger people is: “Invest yourself, persevere even in case of doubt, nothing is impossible when you put all your heart into it”! 💡 At Fives, we are proud to have talents like Azziz, who embody the spirits of innovation and perseverence that make our company unique.
