Here are some of our recent initiatives: ✅ 🇩🇪 Germany: We installed 13,000 m² of solar panels, aiming to cover 40% of the site's energy consumption. ✅ 🇨🇳 China: Our investment in 38,000 m² of lightweight solar panels should cover 15% of our energy consumption. ✅ 🇮🇹 Italy: With 10,000 m² of solar panels, we have achieved 40% of our energy consumption from renewable sources. For comparison, the proportion of women at Gerflor as of the end of January 2025 is 26.4%. This proportion of women remains the same at the management level. All these figures demonstrate that women continue to break barriers and make significant strides in the industry.
